Allergy never stops causing trouble! Whatever kinds of Allergy one’s got-as long as he/she keeps in touch with allergens- it will bother for a very long time. Allergy is a condition when one’s body immune system overreacts with substances. In non-allergic people the substance will do no harm. Why is that so? Put the blame on your blood. There’s a protein called immunoglobulin which actually functioned to protect but it changes to destroy and makes red spots or itchy feeling on your skin. Base on the facts above, the people who have allergy (just like me!) should put a HIGH effort to stay away from allergens. Many of them like pollen and cold air which are hard to resist. Others have allergies on certain foods. My allergens are peanuts, noodle and egg! This is my confession. Sometimes I cease with egg and noodle and have fun with eating them. I always thought that as long as I eat my anti allergy remedies, I can be naughty a bit in my eating. The anti allergy cream also gave me more confidence. Then I found out it was wrong, completely wrong! The test I did was to find out whether I still can eat delicious foods contains egg when I obediently use anti allergy cream. I have a prescription from my skin doctor on oral anti allergy. It’s a mixture of hormone and anti allergy agent. First, I refuse to drink that obediently because of the hormone in it! Hormone makes you larger! (Ladies know how they fight for thinner looks). The result from my not drinking that anti allergy remedy was I still have my itch skin which is not disappear even I rub anti allergy cream. Next I obeyed my doctor and drink my medicine for 10 days in a row. I push my self to prepare for the chance to look slightly bigger. I did my gym session too! My red spot started thinning and seldom itching. I also refuse any egg containing foods. In short, learn from my mistakes! Do not mix anti allergy remedies with your naughty habit on having allergens on your body. Think that when you get to the point: My anti allergy is not working! Help your anti allergy works its best before saying its useless. |
